Tom joined the CFE coaching staff in 2016. He has been doing CrossFit since 2012. Before moving to the Pacific Northwest, Tom gained several years of experience coaching at a local CrossFit box in Los Angeles, California. He loves CrossFit because of the continually varying workout and the challenge each one brings. He believes that CrossFit works in terms of improving overall fitness and wellness. “The community is amazing and have created strong friendships through the community.”
Tom believes that you should always continue to improve your strengths. Target your weaknesses and give extra attention to movements you dislike. Get your technique down first before adding load and intensity to your workouts. Know your limits and where you can push them and when to be safe.
